Board of Directors
The Kimberley Chamber of Commerce is governed by an elected Board of 14 Directors. Directors are elected at the annual general meeting held at the start of the year in January. Each director is a member of the business community and volunteers time to the Chamber of Commerce in order to make our community a better place to work and live.
Directors must be voting members in good standing and are nominated by another voting member in good standing at the Annual General Meeting. Any vacancies on the Board of Directors after the AGM can be filled by appointment by the Board of Directors.
