BOOTLEG SLED DOG RACES - FEBRUARY 20 & 21, 2010
The second annual Bootleg Sled Dog Races are set for Bootleg Gap Golf Course and it promises to be an exciting event! Dozens of teams from all over the Northwest converge to compete for the title of top dogs!
The weekend includes Kid & Mutt Races, Ski-jouring, a great silent auction and food and fun for the whole family. Best yet is the fact that all funds raised go to East Kootenay Childrens First Society. This wonderful organization aids families that need to travel when a sick child requires treatment.
Come out and support the cause and cheer for the Dogs!!

ARTS on the EDGE - FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS

The festival features art exhibits, performing artists, food & wine, and lots of fun festivities. Afternoon concerts, A Taste of Kimberley & Artisan Booths at Coronation Park - Admission $5.00. Gallery exhibit, plays and entertainment at Centre 64.
