AGM Business

Join us on June 8, 2023 for the Kimberley & District Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting (AGM). The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct the business of the AGM as outlined in the bylaws including, but not limited to, the presentation of financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2022 and the election of directors. Special business, namely a motion to approve changes to the organization’s constitution and bylaws, as presented, will also be conducted.

minded leaders to join the Board of Directors. If this sounds like you and you are interested in
